Mabel Albert | Grade 1 Teacher

Mabel grew up in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and is a graduate of the White Mountain Waldorf School. Pursuing her passion for the arts and Waldorf education, Mabel received a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University in Boston, MA, as well as a Masters of Arts in Teaching from Tufts University. The past several years, Mabel and her fiancé have enjoyed living in Great Barrington, MA, where Mabel taught grades 5-8 at Berkshire Waldorf School. They recently relocated to the beautiful Maine coast and are enjoying the many natural wonders of the Seacoast. Mabel is looking forward to re-joining the SWS community as a grades teacher, after teaching summer camp many years ago. Outside of school, Mabel enjoys painting, birding, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
