Dennis Drennan | Grade 6/7 Teacher

Dennis attended Anderson University in Indiana where he earned a BA in History and Art and Design.  After graduation he worked as a journalist for a small, local paper in Maine and began substituting in local public schools, where his love of working with children began.  He has worked as an outdoor educator in the White Mountains and on the North Shore of Massachusetts, as well as in special education. His love of teaching eventually led him to Antioch University, in Keene, NH where he graduated with a Masters Degree in Integrated Learning and Waldorf Education.  

Dennis has three children and is married to Wendy Drennan, also a grades teacher at Seacoast Waldorf School.  His hobbies and interests include art, education, kayaking, thrift stores, food, travel, post and beam construction and spending time with his family and friends.
